Reschenpass, Austrian Alps


The Reschenpass picture was made during travelling by car through Austria looking at the ever changing landscape. This is a much nicer route than the freeway and I do lots of sketches while my partner is driving. The little chapel built into these vast and inhospitable rocks caught my eye. The original sketch is made in a few fast minutes and later coloured with watercolour paints as wild as I remembered these alpine mountains to be.
